Hello there.  I am Maid Marian.  Have you seen my Robin around here anywhere?  No?  Well, I'm sure he's hiding around here somewhere ... keep an eye out for him.  But I'm here to tell you about the Miscellaneous section of Ruth's Study.  This is where everything goes that won't fit in the Musicals, Movies, Disney or Roleplays sections.  You'll find things about computer games (mainly the King's Quest series), things about the web competition Fantasy Fights, some dollz that everyone seems to be making at the moment, some stories, both by me and by others and lots of other things that may just not have been thought of yet.  There's also some art up here that won't fit in any other section.  I'm sure you'll find something to entertain you, so see what you can find. Ruth: Thankyou, Marian.  There's just a couple of little things you forgot to mention.  This section also holds the Awards component of my site -- that is, you'll be able to view the awards that this site has won and you can also apply for an award from here.  As Marian said, I'm sure you'll find *something* to entertain you here.  This section could eventually grow to be very large and new sections are constantly being added, so make sure that every time you're here, you check in here to see if anything's new.  Now ... go explore the sections that are already up!   That about does it for the Miscellaneous section here.  I do hope you've enjoyed exploring here ... there's lots of stuff here to keep you entertained.  By the way, I don't own the rights to any of the computer games that are mentioned here -- I'm merely a fan of them wishing to share them with others.  All the screenshots you see from games were taken by myself, so if you wish to use any of them, just ask me first.  I don't mind, but it's nice to be asked.  Full credit will be given, of course, to the authors of stories or poems that are up here that I haven't written myself.  I have made it quite clear which stories I've written and which ones I haven't, so everything should be right. Should you wish to contribute anything to this page -- new stories, more screenshots for computer games that are up here, or you'd like to see another section for something you like that perhaps isn't up here yet, don't hesitate to e-mail me and I'll see what I can do.  New stories and screenshots are easy enough to put up, but it might take a little longer for new sections, depending on what the section is and how much I know about the subject.  If I know a lot about it, it shouldn't take me too long to put together the page for it, but if I don't know anything about it, it might take longer.  This also depends on how much information is readily available to me.  Any information you can send me when you request a new section would be greatly appreciated.  Feel free to submit new art to me as well.  Now, if you're ready, click the button there below to return to the home page.  Have fun exploring the place!
