Australia's latest Hollywood hero, Hugh Jackman, is to host Broadway's night of nights.     The X-Men 2 star, who won't make his Broadway debut until later this year, will be MC of the 2003 Tony Awards on June 8.     Jackman will hit the stage in October as Peter Allen in The Boy from Oz at the theatre just vacated by Les Misérables.     His fellow Tony presenters will include Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.
