Devilish choice of leading man in the local production of Witches of Eastwick, which hits Melbourne in August after Mamma Mia! has finished its run.     Former TV host and Doug Anthony Allstars nasty Paul McDermott (left) got the gig of Darryl Van Horne, played in the movie by the eye-glinting Jack Nicholson, and would be locking horns with Marina Prior, Pip Grandison and Angela Toohey.     "This will be an amazing production of a wickedly funny new musical comedy and we are very excited about the entire cast.  They are a wish come true," gushed promoter Kevin Jacobsen.     Sorry, Kev, was that wish ... or witch?
